From the Principal’s Desk...
A positive learning climate in a school for young children is a composite of many things. It is an attitude that respects children. It is a place where children receive guidance and encouragement from the responsible adults around them. It is an environment where children can experiment and try out new ideas without fear or failure. It is an atmosphere that builds children’s self-confidence so they dare to take risks. It is an environment that nurtures a love of learning. Every student and teacher in this environment will be an enthusiastic learner.
Lala Kailashpat Singhania High School is an institution that is committed to provide such a positive climate in this part of Madhya Pradesh and I welcome you to its website. Our has a huge campus and wonderful infrastructure.
In this institution while each child is given equal opportunity, and importance as an individual, the child’s intellectual, moral, cultural, social, emotional, and physical developments are all on top priorities in teaching learning objectives. While learning is made stress free and joyful for the children, a sincere attempt is made to nurture their self esteem and help them acquire all core competencies.
The school is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, Bharat and follows the curriculum and methodologies prescribed by the board from time to time. Dear parents! While disciplining your ward, please follow the thumb rule of 3 F’s – Firm, Fair, Friendly. Firm: You should clearly communicate to your children, only feasible consequences and should adhere to. Fair: The consequences should be simple and should fit the offences; there should be a system of reward as well. Friendly: Ensure your communication is friendly and the consequences agreed upon.
My beloved ones, students! The ultimate aim of education is joy and happiness. विद्यां ददाति विनयं विनयाद् याति पात्रताम् । पात्रत्वात् धनमाप्नोति धनात् धर्मं ततः सुखम् ॥ knowledge gives discipline, from discipline comes worthiness, from worthiness one gets wealth, from wealth one does good deeds, from that comes joy.
My dear teachers! The qualities that make teachers great are not easy to inculcate or duplicate. Your willingness to put in the necessary time, love for the age group you teach, an effective classroom management style, positive relationships with the students and colleagues, consistency in excellence, expert use of instructional methods, in-depth content knowledge, capacity for growth, steadiness of purpose and teaching personalities do make you and our school very great.
The synergy of the family – the school management, staff, students and the parents is high and more and more achievements are in sight.
